Technology Touching Life (TTL) is new a joint activity between BBSRC, EPSRC and MRC to support research into the development of technologies for discovery research in the life sciences. Further details are available at http://www.rcuk.ac.uk/research/xrcprogrammes/technology-touching-life/.
We would like to highlight to you that we will be running a series of three workshops over the summer (see http://www.rcuk.ac.uk/research/xrcprogrammes/technology-touching-life/technology-touching-life-workshops/). The workshops will serve to introduce TTL to the research community. They will also provide a forum for multi-disciplinary discussions in support of a joint call for community research networks. The outline stage of the call for networks will be launched in May 2017.
Please note that the workshops have a limited number of places available so we are asking people to register their interest via https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/8TODJ/. Participation in the workshops is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal or joining one of the networks.
