I'm interested in all aspects of veterinary immunology and vaccinology.
Real name:
I graduated as a doctor of veterinary medicine from the University of Utrecht. After two years in farm animal clinical practice, I moved to the Roslin Institute to conduct my Msc and PhD on (bovine) immunology against Thieleria annulata and Theileria parva. After my PhD, I joined the swine influenza immunology group at the Pirbright institute to work on the swine influenza transmission dynamics project funded by a BBSRC SLoLa grant.
